Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted if items are faulty, incorrectly described or the wrong size.

Due to health regulations, returns on swimwear, underwear and jewellery will only be accepted if the item is in unworn condition, or if it is deemed faulty.


  • Customers need to fill out the returns request available in their account or contact us within 10 days from the receipt of goods to report a problem.
  • Items must be sent back to barefoot-beautiful via Registered Post at the customer’s expense (barefoot-beautiful will not be liable for lost parcels).
  • Items must be returned in original, saleable condition, with any tags still attached.

Customers will be given a choice of a refund, exchange or gift certificate.

Refunds will be given in the following ways:

  • PayPal payments – refund to PayPal account
  • Bank transfer – refund to bank account (details will have to be provided)
  • Money Order – refund to bank account (details will have to be provided) or via money order.

Exchanges will be sent free of charge.

Items for exchange must be in stock, otherwise a refund or gift certificate will be issued.
